Robbie Nathan's design career began at the Wellington School of Design where he studied Contemporary Maori Design and Industrial Design. He went on to recieve a Bachelor of Design majoring in Industrial Design at Massey University
Robbie moved to Hawke's Bay and took up residency with design collective Cicada Studios and continued his creative passion through furniture and product design.
Robbie has been involved in design projects throughout New Zealand ranging from cafes, furniture, product design, graphic design and company branding. He continues to work on commissions for both private and corporate clients and is actively involved with the Hawke's Bay creative community.
In more recent times Robbie has focused on developing and promoting his own range of contemporary designs. He is proud to have them displayed and admired in many homes throughout New Zealand and overseas. His key objective is to continue contributing and promoting New Zealand design to national and international markets.
