The Millar Road Family know a thing or two about relaxing, getting away from it all and kicking off those working shoes. But only in style, Kiwi style.
Two properties in sunny Hawkes Bay make up the family getaway. One is on Millar Road, set in gorgeous surrounds at the foot of the Tukituki Hills. It is an ideal base for exploring the wine, food, art and culture of the Hawkes Bay. Millar Road features two seriously stylish cottages, architecturally designed to nostalgically recall Kiwi holiday baches of the 50s and 60’s. Inside, the cottages are the height of luxury, fitted out with furniture from the best of New Zealand contemporary designers, and artists.
Esther’s Place is an accommodating two bedroom waterfront apartment in Napier, Hawke’s Bay. The apartment has beautiful views over an estuary and mountain ranges. Esther’s Place is a 5-minute drive from Napier Airport and the city centre and only a short stumble to West Quay, Napier’s best eating and drinking strip. Esther’s Place was styled by Eon Design and Esther Diamond (a Hawke’s Bay-based design company) and artist Martin Poppelwell.
