Our chocolate beans are sourced from Tanzania , Java , Papua New Guinea , Cuba , Ecuador , Grenada , Dominican Republic , Ghana , Trinidad , Madagascar and Sao Thome. All our growers are treated fairly and respectfully.
We would not have it any other way.
Chocolate from these gourmet beans has a minimum amount of sugar added for flavour enhancement. The flavourings are organic, where possible, and sourced locally - some from Roger's home garden.
The base chocolate (couverture) is hand-crafted using classic techniques.
Delivery. $8.00 per order within NZ
Delivery will be within 3 days(NZ) by courier, so we need a physical address. These delectable's are made to eat, not store, so enjoy.
