Description: Spade Stool is an elegant seat that can function as a barstool or breakfast bar stool, but also has a sculptural presence and strong form which allows it to stand alone. The moulded plywood seat is stained black to give added visual weight to the piece, and contrasts with the pale legs and seat brace. Spade Stool is designed to come apart into four pieces (seat, seat brace, and two sets of two legs joined by dowel), and the cap screw bolts only require an Allen key to be unfastened.
