My intention was to create a lounger with a simple skeletal frame that did not cause a visual partition and block the flow of a space. Inspired by 50s Danish furniture Cameron designed this lounger in 2007 in London whilst working for De La Espada.
Process:For the first batch of chairs I personally chose the pieces of timber, directed the wood turner. While my cabinetmaker put the chair together, I chose leather hide and then applied the oil finish myself.

Oak or ash timber, NZ portage leather, Traditional Danish furniture oil
