Inspiration: The Tikumu light shade is named after the large-leaved mountain daisy that has the Maori name Tikumu. They belong to a large and complex group in the genus Celmisia that are widespread and often abundant in New Zealand mountain grasslands and herb fields.
Colour: White, *Charcoal colour available on request
Materials: Polypropylene plastic with a steel frame. The plastic is completely recyclable, and on average contains 30%-40% recycled component. It is chemically unreactive/biologically inert.
Recyclable: The materials used to create the Joug light shades are 100% recyclable. Firstly we produce each light shade with minimal waste. The wastage that does occur when making a light shade is gathered and delivered to a recycle company.
Easy cleaning: Joug lights shades are made from plastic and can be cleaned with hot soapy water or, if you have stubborn dirt, please use an eco friendly cleaning liquid.
The Tikumu light shade is a complex group of elements that is made to resemble an array of Tikumu flowers. The Tikumu comes preassembled.
